Data Scientist (Mid level) 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35 3 Days a Week On-Site in London 📌 We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation undergoing innovative projects in how they leverage data and AI to understand customer behaviour and optimise onboarding journeys. They are seeking 2 Data Scientists with strong GenAI and GCP experience to join their forward-thinking Data Science team. You will contribute to high-impact AI initiatives, including: Risk & Behaviour Analytics for High-Net-Worth Individuals Exploring how affluent customers use insurance products - uncovering behavioural patterns, identifying risks, and leveraging GenAI to classify use cases and enrich internal datasets. AI-Driven Onboarding & Client Journey Optimisation Using Generative AI to streamline client questionnaires, reduce drop-off rates, and enhance user experience. What We're Looking For: Core Requirements Proven experience as a Data Scientist (not ML engineering-focused) Strong commercial experience with Generative AI Hands-on GCP background (Gemini expertise highly desirable) Confident in exploratory and experimental data science environments Highly Beneficial Experience mentoring junior team members Proven stakeholder engagement in complex organisations Familiarity with Vertex AI Exposure to MLOps or ML Engineering practices If you're a Data Scientist with strong Gemini experience looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
