Role description
Data Scientist (Data Analytics and Engineering) Location: (Remote) - MUST BE UK BASED Onsite requirements: Fully remote Duration: 12 months Engagement Type: Via PAYE (Inside IR35) Hourly rate: £62.02 per hour Legal Right to Work - Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Atrium Global is supporting a client in the technology and mobile identity space to hire an experienced Data Scientist to strengthen their Authentication Services team. Job Overview You will play a key role in modernising authentication and account access experiences across large scale consumer products. Working closely with engineers and cross functional partners, you will use experimentation, funnel analytics and data driven insights to optimise user journeys such as registration, login and account recovery. This is a highly collaborative role where your work will directly influence product performance and impact millions of users globally. RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct experiment analysis to measure the impact of authentication methods • Perform root cause analysis to diagnose issues across authentication funnels • Execute funnel analysis across account access flows including registration, login and recovery • Complete opportunity sizing to prioritise optimisations and growth initiatives • Build dashboards and reporting to track authentication performance and key levers • Partner with engineering and product teams to translate insights into actionable improvements REQUIREMENTS • Strong SQL proficiency • Hands on experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing • Experience working with large scale datasets and complex product funnels • Background in growth or product analytics including experiment analysis and funnel optimisation • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations • Experience working within consumer facing digital products or apps
