Role description
Role Overview- min of 2+ yrs as a Data Scientist will work.
Duration-2 months
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join a consortium contracted to provide end-to-end product development and portfolio management for a large-scale data platform. The broader project involves establishing a governance and delivery model for the full product lifecycle, including migrating Tableau dashboards, redesigning a widely used homepage, and developing new digital products for digitisation, workforce planning, and supply chain management.
In this specific role, you will focus on the data science components for a dedicated product within the portfolio. The engagement is expected to run from mid-September to mid-November. The core working team is based in London; while you are not required to be in London full-time, you must be UK-based to comply with data sovereignty requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Pipeline Development: Design and create robust analytics pipelines specifically tailored for new population health management products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with design and engineering workstreams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the product development lifecycle.
• Product Discovery & Delivery: Support product discovery efforts and facilitate the handover and translation of data science models and requirements to the development (dev) teams.

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in open-source programming languages.
• Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python and PySpark (Mandatory).
• Location/Compliance: Must be physically based in the UK to meet strict data sovereignty regulations.
