Description:
• Join Data Science and Analytics team to apply advanced analytics, ML, and visual insights that drive data-informed decisions across clinical development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform clinical data into actionable intelligence supporting precision medicine and trial optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute analytics for clinical trials aligned by therapeutic area
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Spotfire or similar tools
• Design and implement ML/AI models and data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver analytic solutions
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and SOPs
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s in Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
• 3+ years of analytics experience in clinical research
• Proficiency in R and/or Python
• Expertise in Spotfire, Tableau, or similar tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Master’s degree
• Experience with RBQM, KRIs/QTLs, or precision medicine analytics
Pay range:
$65/hr. - $70/hr.
