Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and data-driven analytics professional to support Medical Affairs through insights generation, performance tracking, and data-informed decision-making. This role will analyze data across multiple Medical Affairs sources to identify trends, sentiment, and actionable insights that inform strategy, launch planning, and stakeholder engagement. The position partners cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, IT, and business stakeholders to develop analytics capabilities, dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities
β’ Analyze Medical Affairs data and insights to identify trends, sentiment, and strategic opportunities.
β’ Present findings and recommendations through compelling, executive-level storytelling and presentations.
β’ Support data-informed decision-making by developing analyses, models, and tools for prioritization, engagement strategies, and planning activities.
β’ Track and report Medical Affairs performance metrics and impact against targets; identify risks and recommend course corrections when needed.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop analytic capabilities to support organizational objectives.
β’ Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into clear user stories and support development of scalable analytics solutions.
β’ Support the creation of automated, real-time dashboards integrating multiple data sources for impact assessment and reporting.
β’ Develop expertise in relevant therapeutic areas, including respiratory disease landscapes and competitor intelligence, to ensure accurate interpretation of insights.
β’ Provide analytics and insights support for launch planning and execution activities.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
β’ Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, PhD) or life sciences qualification (e.g., PharmD) with relevant analytics experience.
β’ Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or Medical Affairs analytics preferred.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
β’ Proven ability to communicate insights effectively through presentations and storytelling.
β’ Experience with dashboarding, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
β’ Experience supporting launch analytics and strategic planning initiatives preferred.
