• Proven success designing production-grade ML models using Databricks on Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or price elasticity modeling a plus.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex models to non-technical audiences.
