We’re looking for a Data Scientist to support a fast-growing Scaled Business Marketing
In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing teams to turn data into insights that improve campaign performance, optimize spend, and drive long-term impact.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze marketing and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities
• Run exploratory data analysis and interpret experiment results (A/B tests, lift analysis)
• Build analyses, models, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly communicate insights
• Manage multiple requests independently while meeting business priorities
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Science
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R
• Solid business and marketing acumen
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Nice to Have
• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field
• Experience with Media Mix Modeling, Attribution, Optimization, or Experimentation
• Background in marketing analytics or large-scale data projects
