Position Description
β’ Role involves contributing to enterprise-level complex business solutions.
β’ Focus on developing AI and machine learning enterprise-grade solutions.
β’ Requires 6+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning algorithms.
β’ Emphasis on AI/ML and large language models (LLMs).
β’ Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying robust ML algorithms to solve business problems in:
β’ Supply chain
β’ Factory operations
β’ Workforce management
β’ Logistics
β’ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Skills Required
β’ Own end-to-end solutions: design, develop, and deploy ML algorithms, including LLMs.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements.
β’ Conduct data discovery and analysis: clean, preprocess, and transform raw data.
β’ Ensure data quality and integrity.
β’ Produce visualizations and insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Develop and train LLMs using deep learning techniques (e.g., transformers, RNNs).
Skills Preferred
β’ Experience with large datasets and high-performance computing environments.
β’ Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical inference, and ML techniques.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

β’ Proficiency in Python/R and ML libraries (LangChain, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
β’ Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
β’ Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Dataiku).
Education
β’ Required: Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Preferred: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
β’ Additional Information
β’ Candidate should be able to ingest COTS systems documentation (user guides, development manuals, DB ERDs, training material, etc.).
β’ Create application data mapping to a business normalization standard (OAGI) to provide standardized data taxonomy and dictionaries for enterprise data mapping solutions.
