We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / Machine Learning Model Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to address complex business challenges and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with data science and cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, implement, and validate machine learning models
β’ Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements
β’ Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other machine learning programming languages
β’ Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and model evaluation techniques
β’ Hands-on experience with data modeling and performance evaluation
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning
β’ Masterβs degree or PhD is preferred
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras
β’ Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
