💼 Role: Consultant – Data Scientist
📌 Experience: 3–5 years
We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join our delivery programme and build AI/ML-driven solutions. The successful candidates will work with an existing team to develop models, productionise services, and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI/ML solutions
• Build, validate, and deploy production-level machine learning models
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimisation
• Troubleshoot and debug data science solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and solve business challenges
• Create supporting documentation and deliver scalable analytical solutions
🛠 Essential Skills & Experience:
✅ Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
✅ SQL for data extraction and analysis
✅ Experience with classification, unsupervised learning, outlier detection, and ranking models
✅ Experience deploying ML solutions using containerised environments (e.g., Podman, SageMaker, DSW pipelines)
✅ Git/version control experience
✅ Time-series analysis and risk trend modelling
✅ Strong Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) skills
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Ensemble and rank aggregation techniques (e.g., Robust Rank Fusion – RRF)
• Model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
• Model monitoring and drift detection
• Experience in RegTech, FinCrime, or Data-led Supervision projects
• Record linkage and network analytics experience
• Knowledge of graph technologies (Neo4j, Neptune, Cypher, Gremlin) and graph visualisation tools
