Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models tailored to business needs. • Internalize and integrate external AI programs, ensuring compatibility with our systems. • Utilize Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow and other programming languages for developing and refining deep learning models • Research and implement Graphical Neural Network (GNNs) models and contribute to their adaptation for analyzing Knowledge Graphs • Implement and apply literature and data-driven network integration strategies to infer novel knowledge • Support troubleshooting, optimization, and potential updates of deployed AI solutions to improve performance. Qualifications • PhD in Computational Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome). • Proficiency in Python programming, with demonstrable experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Understanding Graph Neural Networks and familiarity with transformers, and analyzing sequential data, experience in deploying AI/ML solutions. • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while being proactive in managing independent tasks. • Experience applying state of the art AI methodology on biological systems, specifically on muti-omics data preferred • Experience in cloud computing environments and deploying AI solutions • Exposure to other programming languages or AI frameworks (e.g., BERT, LLAMA). Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
