Position: Data Scientist (Mid/Sr Level)
Location: Denver , CO
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Looking for strong Mid level Data Scientists with experience in operational analytics, AI/ML, and process optimization environments.
Must Have:
• 5+ years of Data Science / Advanced Analytics experience
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Data Visualization
• Experience working with large datasets and operational/business analytics
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, analytics, engineering, and product teams
Preferred:
• Experience in Contact Center Analytics, Customer Experience Analytics, or Operational Intelligence
• Experience in Telecom, Cable, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage industries
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven operational improvement initiatives
• Experience with predictive analytics, KPI modeling, forecasting, and process optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Strong business-facing communication and consulting mindset
