This person will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, with a focus on collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing diverse data sets to ensure integrity and readiness for analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse data sets to ensure integrity and readiness for analysis, using statistical and mathematical techniques to identify trends and patterns. • Develop, validate, and implement statistical models to extract actionable insights from complex data, presenting findings and recommendations through compelling data visualizations and reports. • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions. • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring communication to ensure effective understanding and decision-making. • Collaborate with a global network of experts to contribute to the development of frontier AI models, providing real-world expertise to improve model performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong background in statistics and mathematics, with experience in data handling, data collecting, and data analysis and modeling. • Proficiency in programming languages, with the ability to develop and implement statistical models and data visualizations. • Experience with data visualization tools, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
