Job Overview:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our clientβs team in Warren, NJ. This role involves contributing to the full Data Science lifecycle, including problem scoping, research, model development, and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data-driven products that solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Contribute to all phases of the Data Science project lifecycle, from research and prototyping to scalable deployment.
β’ Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Product teams to develop innovative data science solutions.
β’ Build and implement machine learning models to address business challenges.
β’ Analyze and integrate data from multiple large-scale sources to derive actionable insights.
β’ Implement Responsible AI practices, including model explainability, reliability, documentation, and bias mitigation.
β’ Research and apply advanced data science techniques and tools.
β’ Communicate technical insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 4+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist.
β’ Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data analysis.
β’ Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow.
β’ Strong experience with SQL and Apache Spark / PySpark for large-scale data processing.
β’ Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
β’ Experience working with Databricks and Microsoft Azure environments.
β’ Familiarity with Git version control.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience in areas such as Time Series, NLP, Optimization, Reinforcement Learning, or Bayesian Statistics.
β’ Experience building large-scale machine learning systems.
β’ Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite in Warren, NJ.
