Data Scientist (Statistical & Causal Inference)

Join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist, where you'll play a crucial role in developing scalable measurement frameworks. Responsibilities • Design and develop robust measurement frameworks for enterprise solutions. • Leverage statistical inference and causal methods such as A/B testing and propensity score matching. • Conduct and analyze controlled experiments and observational studies to assess impact. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs and measurement strategies. • Write clean, reproducible code for comprehensive statistical analysis and reporting. • Manage code repositories following CI/CD principles using GitHub Enterprise. Skills • Extensive knowledge of hypothesis testing, and causal inference techniques. • Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in libraries such as statsmodels and scikit-learn. • Experience with A/B testing and designing experiments. • Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills • Background in retail, inventory management, or operations research. • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
