We’re seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive machine learning and AI solutions within our Data Analytics team. You’ll partner with Data Engineering and business units to turn complex data into actionable insights.

​

Responsibilities

   • Lead end-to-end data science projects across business functions

   • Translate business needs into data-driven solutions

   • Clean, transform, and analyze data

   • Develop, deploy, and maintain ML models

   • Present findings and support strategic data initiatives

​

Qualifications

   • 5+ years in data science, ML, and Python (pandas, scikit-learn)

   • 3+ years in SQL, NLP, statistical analysis, and data visualization (Python, Power BI, Spotfire)

   • Strong software engineering foundations

   • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

​

Preferred

   • Experience with GCP (BigQuery), AI tools, recommender systems, and customer analytics

   • Background in media/publishing

   • Willingness to travel occasionally to Austin
