β’ Job title :Data Scientist 4
β’ Duration: 8 months contract with potential extensions
β’ Shift: Monday-Friday- 40 hours a week.
β’ This is a remote work position. The candidate can work anywhere within the United States, however, is required to work eastern time hours (9 a.m. β 5 p.m. EST, M-F).
Requirements
β’ A masterβs degree in mathematics, statistics, or computer science is preferred. Other candidates with degrees in a quantitative field and advanced undergraduate or graduate-level statistical coursework will be considered.
β’ A minimum of 8 years in a statistical programming capacity, preferably within the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry.
β’ Candidates must have experience programming in SAS and R directed towards analysis of clinical trial data and in supporting ETL pipelines from clinical data management to biostatistics.
β’ Ideal candidates will have experience supporting transition of statistical analysis programs from SAS to R.
β’ Strong programming experience within SAS, R, and SQL is required. Experience with Python, VBASIC, and a dashboard language such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau is a plus.
β’ Experience with modern database platforms, such as SnowFlake and Delta DataLake, is desired.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
