Role description
Location: Washington, D.C.
Required Qualifications
• Experience performing statistical, analytical, and data management techniques for intelligence and operational data.
• Ability to conduct extensive classified and unclassified research and reference searches, develop database retrieval strategies, and perform on-line reference search services.
• Skilled in evaluating the quality and relevance of large, diverse datasets, including formal research, data cleansing and synthesis, and database management.
• Proven experience in preparing and delivering technical analytical reports, presentations, memoranda, and supporting documentation using data-driven insights.
• Demonstrated proficiency in querying, organizing, extracting, and analyzing both structured and unstructured data using database tools.
• Experience supporting all aspects of the Data Science Life Cycle, including data collection, preparation, analysis, and generating actionable intelligence.
• Ability to provide technical advice, collaborate in developing data models, and generate performance measures to address critical management needs and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting intelligence community (IC) or federal agency analytics requirements.
• Advanced programming skills for statistical analysis and data modeling (such as Python, R, or SQL).
• Prior work developing or validating analytical and decision support tools for risk management or operational planning.
Education
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a closely related field.
Location
• Washington, D.C. metro area. On-site support required at government facilities during the core business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern time
Clearance
• Preferred clearance is Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
