Data Scientist

Payrate: $37.00 - $38.00/hr. Summary: This role will have a significant impact on using data to drive action in the aftermarket for the division. Aftermarket data can be difficult to interpret and drive action, so it is critical for someone be able to use many data sources to drive the correct actions that need to be taken. Responsibilities: • Review aftermarket sales data to support different projects, data validation, create different dashboard views to support field teams, and enhance current dashboards. • Taking different data sets and providing insights to machine and aftermarket sales. • This person will also be asked to review data quality questions and developing solutions to resolve. Qualifications: • Years of experience: 3-5 • Degree requirement: computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics Desired Skills: • Cloud platform (Azure and Snowflake) • Communication • Mathematics • Knowledge of construction equipment • PowerPoint skills to develop a message to leadership Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $37.00 - $38.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
