Job Title: Data Scientist
Location: Tualatin, OR
Shift: Day Shift
Max Pay Rate: $50/hour On W2
Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement advanced data solutions to consolidate and analyze diverse, unstructured big data sources. You will work cross-functionally with product and service teams to uncover actionable insights that enhance both client services and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop processes, methods, and systems for analyzing large and complex datasets.
• Develop algorithms, software programs, and automated solutions to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate data from disparate sources.
• Translate analysis into meaningful business insights and communicate findings to stakeholders and management teams.
• Pull data from CRM systems and manage ongoing data entry operations.
• Organize, validate, and maintain data accuracy through continuous stakeholder follow-up.
• Manage end-to-end data collection processes including form inputs, shipment tracking, approval workflows, and stakeholder communications.
• Automate manual data entry and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Create Excel macros to extract and populate data from SAP into templates and reports.
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros and automation).
• Working knowledge of SAP and data extraction techniques.
• Strong experience with metadata, big data concepts, and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry workflows.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with marketing analysis and client service data environments.
• Experience in automation scripting or workflow management tools.
Education:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field).
Language Requirements:
• English – Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing.
