Job Title: Data Scientist
Location: Raleigh, NC - Hybrid (3 Days per Week)
Contract: 5+ Months
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
β’ 3+ years of experience in Data Science with a focus on product analytics; financial products experience is a plus
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience querying and extracting data from big data environments (Spark) highly desirable
β’ Demonstrated experience applying statistical rigor and machine learning techniques to derive insights from large, complex data sets
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills
β’ Self-starter who can drive projects with little supervision
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI/visualization tools
β’ Equal parts business and technical savvy
