β’ Job Description:
Key responsibilities include partnering with marketing teams, building analyses and models, managing requests independently, and communicating findings to stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 7 years of analytics experience, strong business insight, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable analysis and tools.
Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics, Math, Business, or a related field, with at least seven years of experience in analytics and four years of hands-on SQL expertise.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of deriving actionable business insights from data are essential, along with the capacity to communicate complex data issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The role requires experience in translating high-level requirements into meaningful analyses, visualizations, and tools, as well as adaptability in learning new skills and managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment with high attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field and at least five years of statistical experience, such as building attribution models, conducting A/B tests, or performing lift analysis.
