We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and support advanced machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in classical ML techniques, hands-on expertise in Python, and proficiency with modern data science frameworks. You will work on end-to-end model development, data analysis, and delivering insights through compelling storytelling and visualizations.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong foundation in Classical Machine Learning algorithms and workflows
• Expertise in Python and key ML libraries such as:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• scikit-learn
• pandas
• Ability to build clear, impactful visualizations and present findings with persuasive storytelling
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in Python
• Deep ML expertise (required particularly if RAG experience is limited)
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation
• Familiarity with modern deep learning architectures
