Data Scientist We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist/Applied Scientist to develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions for our travel and events platform. This role will focus on building scalable AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business value. Location: Seattle, WA – Onsite daily Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. Role & Responsibilities • Design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems • Build and optimize large-scale natural language processing solutions • Create efficient data pipelines and scalable architectures for AI applications • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including Travel Operations, Supplier Category Teams, and Travel Technology team to support data driven decision making and improve business processes. Required Qualifications • Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field • 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and deep learning • Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks • Extensive experience with Large Language Models and transformer architectures • Proven track record of deploying ML models to production • Strong proficiency with AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3) • Experience with MLOps practices and tools • Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation Architectures Desired Qualifications • Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search • Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning language models • Experience with containerization and microservices architecture • Background in travel industry or related domains • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders How Do I Apply?
