Role description
PE Global is recruiting a Data Expert for our client based in London (White City). The role is an initial contract until the end of July 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled data professional to join a growing Data & Operations team within a leading global organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and governance of business data while supporting automation initiatives and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain customer data processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and improve existing workflows
• Drive automation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention and enhance data quality
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making
• Monitor data quality, investigate data load errors and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate data
• Respond to business queries and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders
• Review and manage reference data and coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct Master Data Management (MDM) processes
• Manage and process data change requests submitted by field users
• Support and enforce data governance standards, policies and quality frameworks
• Utilise Alteryx for data preparation, blending, automation and analytics
Requirements:
• Proven experience working in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst, Data Steward, Data Specialist, or similar
• Strong experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard development
• Hands-on experience using Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Desirable:
• Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms
• Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools
• Understanding of data governance, data standards and master data management
• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences
