This is an opportunity to join a high-impact greenfield project focused on transforming sales territory planning through predictive analytics and AI. You will help build the foundational models that will shape future go-to-market decision-making and support the development of next-generation AI-driven sales solutions.

The Role and Deliverables
• Build predictive models to optimize sales territory design and support quota planning decisions.
• Analyze sales performance, territory, and quota data to identify opportunities for improved coverage and efficiency.
• Validate model performance through backtesting and historical data analysis.
• Help define the modeling framework that will ultimately integrate with AI-powered GTM agents.
• Present findings, recommendations, and methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience
• Strong experience within GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Territory Planning environments.
• Advanced Python programming skills with the ability to build predictive models from scratch.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data science methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex algorithms and analytical concepts to sales, strategy, and operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills in client-facing environments.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to challenge assumptions, contribute ideas, and drive solutions independently.
