Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: • Build or optimize Generative AI solutions and help the business to address complex problems Requirements: • Proven hands-on experience implementing Gen AI project using open source LLMs (Llama, GPT OSS, Gemma, Mistral) and proprietary API's (OpenAI, Anthropic) • Strong background in retrieval augmented generation implementations • In depth understanding of embedding models and their applications • Hands on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions on text data • Strong Python development skills • Should be comfortable with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and feature engineering • Experience building and integrating APIs (REST, FastAPI, Flask) for serving models • Fine tuning and optimizing open source LLM/SLM • Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration • Experience in ML and deep learning • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) • Experience working with Agile Methodology • Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Should have the ability to clearly express ideas • Strong knowledge in building Gen AI solutions • Knowledge of ML and Deep Learning • Should have worked on NLP and Gen AI projects and must be an expert in Python • Ready to do hands-on coding Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
