Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Analysis deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Analysis. Required Qualifications: Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Data Security & Scanning Expertise
• Understanding how data discovery and classification tools (e.g., Securiti.ai) operate is critical to effectively configure scans and interpret results. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Enables the analyst to align scan outcomes to policy requirements, assess risk, and support reporting and escalation processes.
• Data Analysis & Validation
• Needed to assess scan accuracy, identify false positives/negatives, and ensure results are reliable for decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Essential for working with application and data platform owners to explain findings, answer questions, and drive remediation actions.
• Tool Tuning & Optimization
• Critical for improving scan precision and coverage by refining rules, classifications, and detection logic based on findings.
• Workflow & Automation Tools (Jira, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Supports tracking of issues, automation of workflows, and development of dashboards for reporting and program visibility.
• Data Processing & ETL Concepts Enables efficient ingestion, transformation, and analysis of scan data to generate actionable insights.
• Documentation & Process Design
• Required to create clear process flows, requirements, and audit-ready artifacts supporting the scanning program.
• AI Tool Utilization & Data Ethics
• Supports productivity through AI-enabled research, summarization, and analysis while ensuring compliance with data handling standards.
• Program Management & Prioritization
• Helps manage multiple concurrent deliverables, enforce governance routines, and ensure timely disposition of scan results across stakeholders.
