Job #: 2090791 Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Data Specialist with a global technology lifecycle solutions provider! Project Details: • Review, clean, and maintain data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Use research methods (Google, AI tools, etc.) to confirm and validate details. • Understand basic database concepts and data structures. • Support the development of a process where new part numbers are submitted through a form and validated with AI. • Assist in implementing AI models to auto-populate part attributes when confidence levels meet defined thresholds. • Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing AI and data management initiatives. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills: • Prior experience in data entry, data management, or database-related work. • Comfortable using AI tools and online research to validate data. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic understanding of databases and data structures. • Interest in learning and developing into a role supporting AI-driven initiatives.
