Contract Opportunity: Jenzabar Data & Workflow Specialist (6 Months) Location: Remote (US-based) Duration: 6 Months Contract Commitment: 40 hours/week Rate: $50/hour We’re looking for an experienced Jenzabar Data & Workflow Specialist to support process optimization, data management, and automation for a higher education client. Key Areas of Focus: 1. Data Import – Establish a clear, efficient process to import Excel file lists of inquiries into Jenzabar and migrate existing data. 1. Data Cleanup – Safely remove obsolete actions, stages, and requirements, ensuring proper mapping and validation of all dependencies. 1. Action & Workflow Setup – Configure new actions, stop actions, frequencies, and timelines to streamline workflows. 1. Territory Management – Implement territory assignments and counselor mapping. 1. Communication & Efficiency – Review current communication procedures and recommend automation for greater efficiency. 1. Daily Procedures Optimization – Restart and optimize paused daily procedures, ensuring stability and eliminating duplication issues. Ideal Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with Jenzabar CRM/EX (or similar student information systems) • Understanding of data mapping, SQL scripting, and workflow automation • Proven ability to streamline complex systems and improve operational efficiency If you’re detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and available for a 6-month engagement, we’d love to connect!
