Data Specialist

The consultant will need to work on-site in San Francisco 4 days per week. The candidate should be US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). Consultant will work alongside Client staff to develop and implement data maintenance processes and systems , which is a comprehensive dataset . Consultant will: • Perform curb location and attribute editing in ESRI environments • Improve curb data accuracy by integrating other data sources • Collaborate with staff from other divisions to understand curb asset installation workflows and interfaces with the agency's work order/asset management system • Support the development of ELT pipeline and validate data maintenance • Develop data visualizations and dashboards to meet user needs using tools such as ESRI Experience Builder and Microsoft Power BI • Test and enhance ESRI tools to edit curb data Required skills: ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ESRI ArcGIS Online, SQL, basic data analysis skills Desired skills/experience: ESRI Experience Builder, Power BI, experience developing data maintenance workflows, Interest in transportation and curb regulation data Please send resume with contact information.
