You’ll be embedded within a Customer 360 Platform Enablement team, working on high-impact data assets that drive customer insights across the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about data, highly analytical, and strong in SQL and data quality investigation. What You’ll Be Doing • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to source, validate, and analyze customer data • Investigate and resolve data quality issues (missing, inconsistent, duplicate, or incorrect data) • Perform data profiling and debugging across multiple data sources • Identify correct data fields and ensure alignment with business requirements • Translate business needs into technical data specifications • Maintain data lineage, metadata, and transformation logic • Support Customer 360 data initiatives by building reliable customer attributes • Participate in UAT testing to validate data products • Create and validate data quality rules • Work within data governance frameworks, including handling PII/PCI classifications • Collaborate across teams using Jira and Confluence What You MUST Have (Screening Criteria) • Advanced SQL experience (writing complex queries, joins, debugging datasets) • Experience with data profiling and data quality analysis • Strong ability to investigate and resolve data issues independently • Experience working with relational databases • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence • Ability to translate business requirements into data logic Nice to Have (Strong Differentiators) • Experience working in banking or financial services • Exposure to Customer 360 / customer data platforms • Understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata management • Experience identifying PII / PCI data • Basic understanding of statistics or data science concepts What This Role Is NOT ❌ Not a reporting/dashboard role ❌ Not entry-level SQL ❌ Not purely business-facing Who This Is Perfect For Someone who: • Loves digging into messy data • Enjoys solving data problems • Can work independently with minimal hand-holding • Has strong SQL AND curiosity
