Role description
Data Support Admin Project Term May 27, 2026, and continue through September 4, 2026. Position Overview We are seeking to engage a temporary staff member to provide staff augmentation support for the Data Support team. The Data Support team partners closely with fundraising teams to support marketing campaign execution, maintain data quality standards, and provide general business process support to agency stakeholders. The selected individual will be responsible for organizing and managing assigned work items through Jira and will receive daily direction and task assignments from the Director of Data Support. Responsibilities The temporary resource will assist with the following areas: 1. Cyclical Data Work Ownership & Support Provide ongoing support for recurring operational and data-related processes. 1. Data Hygiene Perform standardized data quality tasks that support marketing and fundraising initiatives, including data cleansing, formatting, validation, and maintenance activities. 1. Business Process Support Assist with regularly scheduled business processes, including: • Data pulls and reporting from Blackbaud CRM • Recurring operational support tasks • Process execution and documentation updates as needed Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Technical Skills • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including: • Data formatting • Beginner-level formulas • Data cleaning and organization • Basic Microsoft Access skills, including: • Importing and exporting data • Running queries Soft Skills • Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Ability to independently follow written process documentation • Strong customer service and communication skills • Strong written communication abilities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Skills (Not Required) • Experience with Blackbaud CRM, including: • Segmentation • Queries • Import/export processes • Marketing support efforts • Experience using Jira and/or Jira Service Management
