Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Remote based from our London / Bristol Support Office with occasional travel) Salary: £27,565.01 - £33,353.66 (Depending on location and experience) The Role We’re looking for a Data Support Analyst to play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data management across our organisation. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about using data to drive decisions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Data Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting reporting processes, and providing accurate insights to help inform business decisions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of data systems. What You’ll Do • Maintain and update data systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Support reporting processes and provide insights to internal stakeholders. • Troubleshoot data issues and liaise with teams to resolve discrepancies. • Assist with audits and ensure data integrity across platforms. What You’ll Bring • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools eg SQL. • Familiarity with BI tools and process mapping techniques. • Strong technology skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. • Experience in data analysis or a similar role is desirable. • Knowledge about power automate and Power BI Why Join Us?
