Data and Technology Liaison

Data and Technology Liaison Memphis, TN | Onsite/Hybrid Overview We are seeking a skilled Data and Technology Liaison to support operational and fundraising efforts by streamlining processes, ensuring data quality, and enabling the effective use of technology. This role serves as the bridge between business teams and IT, helping to prioritize work, resolve issues, and implement data and technology solutions that drive organizational success. Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to gather needs, set priorities, and provide regular progress updates • Attend roadmap and ad-hoc meetings to represent business and technical alignment • Use SQL or BI tools to query data and fulfill requests from partners • Document business processes, policies, and practices for consistency and knowledge sharing • Provide support in data hygiene and technology adoption to improve system effectiveness • Facilitate the flow of requests and priorities through IT channels • Support change management by assisting with training and developing resources Required Skills • 3+ years of experience in a liaison, business analyst, or related role • Working knowledge of SQL or similar BI/query tools • Experience bridging communication between business teams and IT • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectively Preferred Qualifications • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau • Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., Jira) • Documentation experience in Confluence • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Blackbaud CRM, Raisers Edge, Salesforce) • Background in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations • Training delivery or enablement experience How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume for confidential consideration.
