Data Visualization Specialist

Role: Data Visualization Specialist Location: Rhode Island preference but open to remote as well Rate: $50-75/hr DOE (w2) Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency. Clutch has a client looking for a Data Visualization Specialist with advertising or marketing agency experience. • • Candidates must have experience with AirTable and worked with CPG brands before. Responsibilities • Support a large brand by building and optimizing reporting • Translate Airtable data into insights for teams and workflows • Hands-on consulting to innovate reporting capabilities • Design and create reporting framework using Airtable data • Dashboard management and reporting • Build visualizations using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides. • Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvements • Recommend and implement improvements to processes • Organize datasets across teams within Airtable • Quality check reporting to drive more actionable insights • Support monthly reporting and system maintenance Requirements • Airtable experience required • Bachelors degree required in relevant field • Experience with data visualization and reporting • Previous experience translating datasets into insights within a marketing or advertising agency environment • CPG client experience • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets experience required • Previous experience creating slide decks and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides • Strong attention to detail required for consideration • Strong internal/external communication and presentation skills • Graphic design experience for report layouts and presentations • Background in optimizing reporting systems and workflows • NDA required prior to interview If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today.
