Role description
Title: Data Warehouse Analyst Location: Remote in Wisconsin — WI residency required Work Arrangement: 90–100% Remote; occasional onsite work may be required Duration: Through 12/31/2026, with possible extension Top Required Skills • Metadata discovery and documentation – 5+ years • Data profiling – 5+ years • Data quality assessment and identification – 5+ years • Advanced SQL and Python – 3+ years Key Responsibilities The Data Warehouse Analyst II will: • Audit existing databases to assess: • Completeness • Accuracy • Outliers • Duplicates • Investigate and define automated validation rules to ensure data accuracy and identify errors at the point of entry. • Develop data cleansing and remediation recommendations for data irregularities. • Establish KPIs to measure data health. • Build reporting dashboards to track data quality metrics and trends. • Investigate recurring data errors, including: • System bugs • User errors • Integration issues • Recommend targeted and systemic solutions to recurring data issues. • Document and define key metadata related to database architecture. • Make recommendations regarding data maintenance and data quality. • Collaborate with Data Modelers and Data Architects on data management and data quality initiatives. • Support data warehousing initiatives. • Monitor data warehouse systems to ensure reliability and accuracy of information loaded into databases. • Analyze logical and physical database models and ensure they comply with applicable standards. • Generate and prepare reports supporting business objectives. • Perform analysis and testing of relational databases. • Investigate data load failures and data retrieval issues #INDTS TeamSoft is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
