Job Title: Data Warehouse Analyst (Business Data Analyst) Client: Florida Department of Corrections Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite – 5 days/week) Note: Only candidates already in Florida (preferably within 1 hour of Tallahassee). Required Experience • 5+ years in IT • 3+ years in: • Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence • Data Modeling, Mapping, Integration (ETL/RDBMS) • Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements & Business Analysis • Gather business requirements from stakeholders • Convert requirements into technical specifications 1. Data Warehouse Development • Design and develop data warehouse solutions • Perform data mining and analysis • Support database architecture and metadata 1. Data Quality & Validation • Validate and clean data • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness 1. Reporting & User Support • Work with users on reporting needs • Provide guidance on data usage and best practices 1. Testing & Prototyping • Build prototypes • Create test cases and perform testing • Evaluate solutions and fix gaps 1. ETL & Data Integration • Manage ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) • Maintain data models and data flows 1. Technical Support • Work with data tools, scripts, and systems • Support multiple platforms and environments 1.
