Systems Analyst – Public Health Reporting & Analytics Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the development and enhancement of enterprise public health reporting and analytics applications. This consultant will work onsite in Tallahassee supporting multiple mission-critical systems focused on reporting, dashboards, analytics, performance tracking, and web-based data applications. This is an initial 4-month contract with strong potential for extensions. This role is fully onsite in Tallahassee with no exceptions. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ASP.Net web application development, SQL Server technologies, OLAP/MDX querying, SSAS/SSIS, and interactive reporting/dashboard tools including Logi Analytics. Location • Tallahassee, FL • Fully onsite • No remote or hybrid options available Duration • Initial 4-month contract • Likely extensions beyond the initial term Required Skills & Experience Required Technical Experience • 5+ years of experience developing ASP.Net web applications • 5+ years of experience with site architecture and application construction • 5+ years reviewing technical specifications and providing technical guidance • 5+ years working with database structures and database design • 5+ years writing relational and OLAP database queries using SQL • 5+ years writing MDX queries for OLAP cube data extraction • 5+ years working with: • SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • 5+ years programming with: • C# • VB.Net • 5+ years using: • JQuery • AngularJS • 5+ years working with Logi Analytics Info Studio including: • Versions 12 and 14 • Logi Data Hub • Self-Service Module • Atlas • Map Components • Dimensional Grid Components • 5+ years developing interactive: • Dashboards • Reports • Maps • Data entry screens • 5+ years using Visual Studio 2019 • 5+ years working with Syncfusion ASP.Net Web Form components Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities • Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments • Experience building interactive dashboards and reporting solutions • Strong communication and documentation skills • Experience working in large-scale public sector or enterprise environments
