LHH is partnering with a mission-driven organization to identify a Systems & Data Operations to lead the performance, integrity, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems and data processes. This role blends hands-on technical execution with cross-functional coordination, ensuring the reliability of integrated platforms while delivering high-impact data insights and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless integrations across platforms
• Lead system projects end-to-end, including timelines, testing, and delivery
• Develop dashboards and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
• Administer and optimize HubSpot and workflows to improve efficiency and adoption
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and support system performance
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in systems, data operations, or related technical roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or comparable CRM platforms)
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Knowledge of system integrations, databases, and data architecture concepts
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support production systems
• Experience managing projects, including QA/testing and delivery ownership
Technical Tools
• SQL, HubSpot (or similar CRM)
• Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
• CRM systems, data/reporting tools, workflow platforms
