Job Title: ThoughtSpot / Databricks (DBX) Developer – Advanced Location: Tampa, FL / Plano, TX Experience Level: Advanced Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2 Job Description We are seeking an experienced ThoughtSpot / Databricks (DBX) Developer to design, develop, and optimize advanced analytics and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, analytics engineering, and big data processing, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance insights. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ThoughtSpot dashboards, worksheets, and answers for self-service analytics. Build and optimize Databricks (DBX) data pipelines using Spark (PySpark/SQL). Integrate ThoughtSpot with cloud data platforms and enterprise data warehouses. Perform data modeling, transformation, and performance tuning to support analytics use cases. Collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data performance, visualization, and platform integration. Document technical designs, data flows, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot development and administration. Advanced experience with Databricks (DBX), Spark, and big data processing. Proficiency in SQL and PySpark for data transformation and analytics. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics architecture. • Experience optimizing query performance and large-scale datasets.
