We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Architect to support large-scale data and analytics initiatives within a global organization. This role focuses on improving data quality, governance, and standardization, while enabling better decision-making through structured and accessible data. Role: Data Solutions Architect Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Rate: $75–80/hr (Max) on c2c 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and structure risk data from unstructured sources • Design and implement digital forms, workflows, and data capture solutions • Manage and maintain data lakes and databases (AWS, Databricks, Informatica, etc.) • Ensure seamless data integration and flow across systems and teams • Translate business requirements into technical data solutions • Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce standards and policies • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and classifications • Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Support enterprise initiatives to enhance data maturity and governance frameworks 🔹 Required Skills • Strong experience in data architecture, data governance, or reference data management • Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, Python, PySpark, Unity Catalog, Notebooks • Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and metadata management • Experience translating business needs into technical data solutions • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 🔹 Preferred Qualifications • Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments • Familiarity with Agile / SDLC methodologies • Experience with data profiling, querying (Oracle, DB2, Databricks) • Exposure to data visualization tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
