Role Title: DB2 Administrator
Location- Lake Mary, FL/Onsite
Role Description
Database Management, Performance Tuning, Security, Backup and Recovery, Troubleshooting
Database Object Management, Scripting and Automation.
Strong knowledge of DB2 administration
Understanding of database design, data modeling, and data integrity
Experience with SQL tuning and database performance optimization
Familiarity with DB2 utilities (LOAD, REORG, RUNSTATS) and Job Control Language (JCL) for mainframe environments
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex database issues
Ability to document technical designs and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, Willingness to provide 24x7 support and participate in on-call duties.
