Java Developer - Backfill Hybrid at Carlisle, PA
Duration: 6-12 months Contract (Possible extension) Only Candidate No C2C, H1b, EAD
Job Description :: Collaborated with business users, business analysts, and interfacing application teams to understand business and functional requirements for development and enhancement projects. Analyzed application-level impacts and identified potential risks for interfacing systems based on gathered requirements. Developed Proof of Concepts (POCs) aligned with finalized requirements and secured customer approval. Managed project scope, planning, progress tracking, and change control activities. Performed continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins and Azure CI/CD pipelines. Created and maintained API interface documentation using Swagger. Resolved production incidents and ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLA timelines. Diagnosed and fixed production issues in native mobile applications for DeliVision Kiosk, Ticket Dispenser, and other internal systems. Worked with a wide range of tools and technologies, including JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps Boards, MongoDB, GitHub, WebSphere Application Server, ClearPass, Infoblox, InterScale, Hobart/Bizerba scales, Rational Rose, Eclipse, Tomcat, Oracle 8.1, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
