Job Title : Deal Desk Analyst with Gen AI
Job Location : Lehi, UT(Day 1 Onsite)
Experience :8+years
Job Details :-
Staff a team of 6 Contract Data Analysts to review thousands of existing custon contracts.
• Use GenAl to flag contracts likely containing non-standard terms.
• Analysts review flagged contracts, confirm the presence of custom terms, and classify them appropriately.
• Document findings in an internal tool Adobe is building, transforming unstructur terms into structured datasets.
• Ensure structured data integrates into downstream reporting systems for Financ and Sales.
Ongoing Phase - New Contracts:
• After the backlog is cleared, a smaller team will handle ongoing new contract reviews on a quarterly basis.
Required Skill Sets
The ideal analysts will have experience and familiarity
Deal desk, sales operations, or product experience relevant to contract interpretation.
• Identifying standard vs. custom terms in large, complex agreements.
• Working with structured data (Excel, SQL) and enterprise systems (Salesforce,
SAP).
• Translating legal/business language into structured, machine-readable data.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration
