Decision Scientist

Location: Remote - EDT/EST (US eastern time zone) Duration: 12 month contract, potential extensions Requirements: • 7+ years of experience as a data / decision scientist • 1-2+ years of recent experience working in healthcare domain- experience with claims data would be a bonus / plus • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to solve business problems / challenges • Strong data mining skills via Python / SQL • Experience with Cloud technologies - Google Cloud (GCP) preferred • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills- able to present to stakeholders, leadership, etc. • Prior experience building recommender tools would be beneficial Description: A Fortune 10 healthcare customer is seeking multiple Sr. Decision Scientists & Data Scientists to join their team sitting 100% remotely. These individuals will be working to help build our clients self-service AI portal for service costs or product selection. These are senior-level roles that will require mentoring others, helping to identify gaps and drive best practices, and/or putting together high-level presentations with leadership. Compensation: $60-80/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
