We are seeking a Delphix Data Masking / Data Protection Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data masking and virtualization solutions using Delphix. The role focuses on protecting sensitive data in non-production environments while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements. Job Title: Delphix Data Masking / Data Protection Engineer Location: Frisco, TX (Remote) Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension) Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data masking and virtualization solutions using Delphix. • Apply masking algorithms to protect sensitive data such as PII, PHI, and PCI. • Configure and manage Delphix masking engines across databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2). • Integrate Delphix with CI/CD pipelines to automate data masking and provisioning. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize masking jobs and virtualization performance. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA). • Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, application, and data teams to implement secure data protection strategies. • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and technical guidelines. • Provide technical support, training, and guidance on data masking solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience with Delphix Data Masking and Data Virtualization. • Hands-on experience with database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DB2. • Knowledge of data protection, masking algorithms, and encryption techniques. • Understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA). • Experience integrating tools with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. • Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
