Job Title: Deltek Cobra Developer Location: Remote Roles and Responsibilities • Provide expert-level support and development using Deltek Cobra for project cost management and integration. • Develop and support components using .NET and the .NET Framework. • Design, develop, and maintain reliable databases and applications leveraging SQL for robust reporting and data analysis. • Implement earned value management (EVM) principles to enhance project performance tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure effective communication of project cost and schedule performance. • Develop custom scripts and automation processes to streamline project cost management operations and reporting. • Participate in designing and implementing software development strategies to improve project cost management systems. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in project cost management software and methodologies. • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the use of Deltek Cobra and related tools. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in managing and developing projects using Deltek Cobra. • Strong proficiency in SQL for database management and data analysis. • Demonstrated knowledge and application of earned value management (EVM) principles. • Experience in software development practices related to project cost and performance management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex software and data issues. • Strong communication skills and proficiency in collaborating effectively with remote teams. • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
