C# Developer Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in London Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance (mandatory, transferable) (Inside IR35) Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior C# Developer / Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. This role involves working closely with external participants during the Lab phase, resolving technical queries, and contributing to ongoing development releases. You’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth communication between Product and Engineering teams while helping deliver reliable and timely releases of “synchro models.” Key Responsibilities • Act as a first point of contact for external participants, triaging and resolving technical queries • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure prompt and accurate issue resolution • Contribute to the development, testing, and release of technical solutions • Support the delivery of high-quality releases within agreed timelines • Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Essential Skills & Experience • Active SC Clearance (transferable) • Commercial experience with C#, .NET, and SQL • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and approaches Desirable Skills • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Exposure to Microsoft Azure or cloud-based development • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Understanding of incident management and support processes What We’re Looking For • A proactive and curious developer eager to grow their technical skills • Strong communication skills, especially when working with external stakeholders • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Working Pattern • Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week onsite in London • Remaining days remote
