Workday & Greenhouse Integration Developer (Remote Contract) Location: Remote (U.S. )Job Type: Full-Time | 3–6 Month Contrac t Position Overvi ew SGF Global is seeking an experienced Workday & Greenhouse Integration Developer to design, develop, and support complex integrations between Workday and Greenhouse. This fully remote contract opportunity is ideal for an integration specialist with deep expertise in HR systems, APIs, data transformation, and enterprise integration architectu re.You will play a key role in building scalable solutions that streamline recruiting and HR workflows while ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient data synchronization across platfor ms. Key Responsibili • ties Design and develop hybrid integrations between Workday and Greenh • ouse.Build and maintain data pipelines using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Report-as-a-Service (R • aaS).Configure and maintain custom field mappings and data transformations using XML, JSON, and • XSLT.Develop automated synchronization processes for departments, cost centers, office locations, and other organizational • data.Configure integrations using Workday Web Services (WWS), Greenhouse HRIS Link, Harvest API, and webh • ooks.Support requisition approvals, job synchronization, and user lifecycle automa • tion.Configure provisioning and deprovisioning processes for users and permiss • ions.Perform integration testing, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve API or system is • sues.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions and improve HR technology workf lows. Preferred Qualif • ications Experience implementing enterprise HRIS integrations in large organ • izations.Knowledge of Workday Security Groups and permission ma • nagement.Experience with automated workflow design and complex approval p • rocesses.Familiarity with API performance optimization and data governance best p ractices.
